Mrs. Easley moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2009 after graduating from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While in Gainesville, she began her legal career by being an intern with the judiciary of the Eighth Judicial Circuit in Alachua County, and a Certified Legal Intern with the Alachua County Public Defender’s Office. Upon graduation and moving here, she began practicing law as a public defender in Hillsborough County, where she handled juvenile, misdemeanor, traffic, and felony level cases from inception through jury trial. Mrs. Easley has been practicing exclusively in the area of family and matrimonial law since 2012, when she joined a firm in downtown Tampa. After a decade of living the “downtown” lifestyle, she was ready for a different environment, and shortly thereafter Easley & McDonald, P.A. was founded. At this firm,the attorneys pride themselves on bringing their “downtown firm” experience to your case, but also being able to provide the personal attention that their smaller firm allows. Mrs. Easley has gone through a divorce herself, and understands co-parenting on a personal level. She is a proud mom to her two children, and her four step-children. She is also the wife of a Retired Major in the United States Marine Corps. This family dynamic provides her with invaluable insight into the complexities involved in military divorces, long-distance parenting, and blended family situations.

Brad has been a resident of the Brandon/Valrico/Fishhawk area since 1987. He graduated from Bloomingdale High School in 1999. Brad earned Bachelors of Science in History and Criminology at Florida State University. While at Florida State University College of Law, he completed a semester at St. Edmund Hall at the University of Oxford in Oxford, England. Upon graduation from Florida State University College of Law, Brad returned home to the Tampa Bay area.

Brad began his career in civil litigation at a boutique South Tampa law firm before moving exclusively into the area of Family Law in 2013. His practice is focused on dissolution of marriage, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, child custody, paternity, post-judgment actions, and all aspects of family law litigation from pre-suit negotiations through appeals. Resolving cases amicably is always the goal where possible. However, if litigation is necessary, Brad has extensive experience litigating highly contested matters.

Following his marriage and the birth of his son, Brad looked for a way to bring his extensive experience at South Tampa law firms and apply it closer to home in the Fishhawk/Valrico community. Not long after, he founded Easley & McDonald, P.A. with Kelly Easley.

Brad is a member of the Florida Bar, as well as the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar. He has published opinions in the Second District Court of Appeals and has lectured for continuing legal education seminars. Brad is also a member of American Mensa.
